Process
Every brand has a process through which it conducts its business and the same is the case for AH Design Studio.
If you want to work with us in creating your brand design, see below the outlined process, which you would find really easy to work with.
01. INQUIRE
The first step to working together would be for you to contact me, and tell me about your business, its needs, and the current idea you have in place for it.
02. CONNECT
Once you have outlined your needs in your inquiry, I would set up a meeting for us to exchange and discuss your ideas and how to go about it. This meeting might not necessarily be in person, and it may be, depending on what we agree on in the process.
03. PROPOSAL
After having a successful meeting, where both parties understand what we want and how we wish to go about it, I would proceed to prepare a proposal, which would contain the whole idea, new suggestions on how to accomplish it if I have any, the timeline for the project, as well as all the package options.
04. ONBOARD
The next stage would be the onboarding stage, and this is where you will receive contracts with the entire project brief and invoice.
05. DESIGN PROCESS
Once all of the legal processes have been completed, I would proceed to the project design stage. This is where I would design the project based on our collective vision and agreements.
06. REFINE
Every artwork is subjective, and this is what this process entails. After I’m done with the initial design, I would send the end product to you for assessment and consideration. If it happens that you have some suggestions on areas of improvement, you would forward them and I would act on those suggestions and feedback to refine the project to perfection.
07. LAUNCH
The launching stage is the most exciting aspect of the process, as this is the stage at which we would be launching the design we have put a lot of effort into as a team (your business and AH Design Studio). Depending on what we have worked on, we would launch it together and see it bring the desired effects it was created for to your business brand.
